​Officer Chante Jackson proudly serves as the LGBTQ+ Law Enforcement Liaison for the Willingboro Police Department.

As Liaison, Officer Jackson is committed to strengthening trust, transparency, and collaboration between law enforcement and the LGBTQ+ community. She serves as a direct point of contact for community members seeking information, resources, or support, and works to ensure all individuals are treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect.

In this role, Officer Jackson:

​

· Engages with LGBTQ+ community organizations and local partners

· Provides education on recognizing and reporting bias incidents and bias crimes

· Assists investigators when cases involve LGBTQ+-specific considerations

· Supports training initiatives focused on respectful interactions and trauma-informed response

· Promotes inclusive practices and officer wellness within the department

· Serve as the Willingboro Police Department’s representative at LGBTQ+ community events and engagements.
